Fidaris is building the operating system for employee-benefits brokerages. We work directly with brokerage teams to turn messy, high-stakes workflows into software that changes how they operate. The company is growing quickly, customers are coming in fast, and the product is becoming central to how those teams get work done.

This is a rare chance to be the first engineer at Fidaris. You’ll work directly with customers, join calls, understand the real problems behind the workflow, and own the path from idea to production. You’ll ship quickly, have real say over what gets built and how it gets built, and help set the engineering culture, standards, and habits for the team that follows.

Be concrete and concise. We care about what you actually did, not polished writing. Specific technical details, decisions, failures, and outcomes are more useful than generic explanations. Keep each answer under 1,200 characters.
